The implementation of an AGV system to manage the docking of our pallets allows our operators to avoid travelling long distances, which are particularly troublesome when returning empty. The implementation of this new tool has already shown its efficiency and promises a quick return on investment.

We are very satisfied with this system. The error rate is zero; no reel are damaged during handling (200 to 400 per month previously!) and the system is reliable, safe and quiet. In addition, the start-up assistance has been outstanding.
